4-hour body, come on and start working already.

Day 15 Feb 16 277 lbs    Eating Garlic 3 times a day.  Notice more of an effect on my digestion than anything else. It is like I have some type of support here.  I haven’t eaten out side of the diet once.   I would like to get through the 270 mark in the next 10 days.  I am expecting a bit more loss than this.  I will have to say that drinking a huge glass of ice water every time I am crashing helps a lot.
