4-hour body binge day Sugar high and Crash.  I ended my binge day with low energy and an upset stomach.  Negative enforcement that junk in produces junk out.

The Stats:

Day 6 Mon. Feb 7  278 lbs  Down 5 from start

Day 5 Sun. Feb 6  277 lbs Down 6   BINGE DAY

Day 4 Sat.  Feb 5 279 lbs.   Down 4.  FANTASTIC!

Day 3 Fri. Feb 4. 281 lbs

Day 2 Thur. Feb 3 282 lbs

Day 1 Wed. Feb 2. 283 lbs

BINGE day Breakfast started with the diet,  Black Beans, Mixed Veg., Eggs. Yerba Mate, Pint of Ice Water.

Eggs were mixed with Jalapenos, Sorento, and other fresh peppers.

Glass of Grape fruit juice to stabilize my blood sugar and off we go!

This was followed up by:  Dried Japanese Parsimins , 2 pieces of Pizza, 3 beers, Doritos, sour cream french onion dip, carrott cake, Kimchee, Cheeses and 5 huge glasses of ice water.
